TED SPERIDES

Ted is the co-founder of 36 Lacrosse. Ted brought together the first group of kids for training in summer of 2013 and had made training/development a full-time endeavor ever since. In addition to running 36 Lacrosse, Ted served as Head Coach of North Central University from 2018-2020. As of 2022, Ted has been the Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Farmington High School.

In 2026, the Farmington Tigers became MSHSL State Champions with the offense setting the Minnesota state record for 354 goals in a season!

Ted currently oversees the 36 lacrosse business, manages all marketing & media while floating to assist all teams at practices and tournaments.
