Skill Development Program (SDP)

What is SDP (Skill Development Program)?

Our Skill Development Program (SDP) is an off-season training program for players to develop their positional skills and lacrosse IQ through our intensive 36 Lacrosse Methodology. SDP sessions offer a mixture of positional specific drills and small sided games with experienced coaching. SDP sessions are led by Ted Sperides and Austin Polson-McCannon with additional position specific staff members with NCAA playing and/or coaching experience.
